Digital Course Policy: Since Agaaz Classes offers digital/online courses (videos, study material, quizzes), once a course is accessed, it is considered used and standard returns do not apply. However, we provide refunds in genuine cases as described below.

Agaaz Classes provides online educational content including video lectures, study materials, and quizzes. We are committed to delivering high-quality education. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us within the eligible refund window.
This policy applies to all course purchases made on our platform. By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 3 days of purchase.
- You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content (videos watched or lessons completed).
- The course content is significantly different from what was advertised.
- There is a duplicate charge due to a payment gateway error.
- The course is technically inaccessible for more than 120 hours and we were unable to resolve it.

4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You have completed or substantially accessed the course content.
- The refund request is made after 3 days of purchase.
- The course was purchased during a promotional sale or with a discount code.
- You claim you did not use the course but our records show otherwise.
- Issues caused by your own device, internet connection, or browser incompatibility.
- Change of mind after significant course usage.
- Violation of our Terms of Service (account sharing, downloading, etc.).
5. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, follow these steps:

- Step 2: Include your registered email/mobile number and order/payment ID.
- Step 3: Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.
- Step 4: Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

6. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Bank transfer / UPI refunds may take up to 3–5 additional days depending on your bank.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
7. Partial Refunds
In cases where a partial refund is applicable (between 1–2 days, less than 30% content accessed), the refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the unused portion of the course. For example, if you have accessed 20% of the course, you may receive a refund for approximately 50–60% of the purchase price, at our discretion.
8. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems preventing access to course content, please contact our support team immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue within 120 hours. If we are unable to restore access within this timeframe due to issues on our end, you will be eligible for a full refund regardless of course progress.
Technical issues caused by the user's device, browser, or internet connection are not grounds for a refund. We recommend checking our support page for troubleshooting guidance.
